Hi, I’m Joshua - a certified Life Coach and Yoga Teacher with over a decade of personal practice and experience supporting people through personal growth and transformation.
My work combines mindset coaching, yoga philosophy and practical tools to help busy professionals and entrepreneurs feel more grounded, resilient and empowered.
Breathwork has been one of the most powerful practices in my own journey, helping me manage stress, improve clarity and reconnect to a sense of calm.
This course is designed to make these tools practical, accessible and easy to integrate into everyday life.
