Learn why the mind feels constantly busy and how to begin observing your thoughts without judgment.

Week 2 – Anchoring Attention

Use the breath to improve focus and train the mind to return to the present moment.

Week 3 – Working with Thoughts

Learn how to step back from overthinking and create more space in the mind.

Week 4 – Nervous System Regulation & Integration

Understand stress, calm the body, and bring meditation into everyday life situations.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Joshua.

I was born and raised in India, a country deeply rooted in meditation, yoga, and spiritual wisdom. From an early age, I felt drawn to a different path - one guided by inner questioning rather than expectation. That journey wasn’t always easy, but it shaped a deep understanding of resilience, self-trust, and what it truly means to navigate life from the inside out.

My relationship with meditation deepened during a challenging period of grief following the loss of my mother. Seeking healing and clarity, I spent time at a yoga ashram in Kerala, where meditation, breathwork, and yoga became practical tools for grounding my nervous system, processing emotion, and reconnecting with a sense of inner stability.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked as a yoga teacher and later trained as a certified life coach. Through this work, I’ve seen that meaningful change happens when meditation is taught in a way that supports real life, not as an escape, but as a foundation for clarity, presence, and emotional balance.

Today, I guide people through meditation and self-inquiry practices that help them feel calmer, more centred, and more connected to themselves. My teaching blends traditional wisdom with a grounded, modern approach, supporting people to build inner steadiness, trust their intuition, and move through life with greater ease.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when you truly know yourself, everything else begins to fall into place.
